Banksia Manly Headland I

Please polish copy A recent fire has blackened the Banksias, part of their natural cycle of fire and regeneration. Their twisted, burnt branches sunlit blackened braches look white in the summer midday sun rise from the golden grasses, creating a striking contrast between the blackened forms and the warm colours of the surrounding landscape. 60 cm x 60cm, acrylic on canvas.
